Join us for an action packed morning. Dr. Scott McGillivray, DC from OWL Chiropractic will explain the importance of having a properly functioning spine and nervous system for quality movement in your workouts. Jeremiah Williams from OPEX Fitness with explain the importance of strength training for a healthy life.
Also make sure you wear your workout clothes because we will be ending with an interactive strength training workshop that shows you just how easy it is to get a home workout session done with little to no equipment. And don't worry, we will be sending you home with handouts so you don't forget the routine!
